Tom quickly came out to assess my roof for the possibility of missing shingles on my roof. Not only did he tell me that my roof had no signs of damage, but told me that my roof looked to be 5 or less years old and is in good shape. If that truthfulness wasn't enough, Tom also took pictures to show me and he assured me that my roof was still in great shape and needed no repairs. Talk about easing my mind! Absolute Assurance has a great employee in Tom and they should know about his honesty! Thanks, Tom!

I called and asked for an estimate on roof repairs.The guy came out looked at my roof and asked if I wanted to file a claim.I said no,so he said that he would send me some estimates later on.I texted him later and told him that I would also like an estimate for a new roof.I haven't heard anything else from him and it's been a week. Update: I received a call and they apologized for not getting back to me.They also offered to give me an estimate but my roof has already been repaired.I appreciate them for reaching out.

Upon reaching out to the Team at Absolute Assurance Restoration they responded on site promptly and offered a direct and detailed explanation of how to move forward with resolving our issues along with giving answers to questions we had as homeowners, Tom was Detail oriented and his solutions/options were totally appropriate and gave a complete resolution to the restoration process in front of us not having to worry about going back and readdressing anything associated with this in the future which was great news for us,The scheduling process and quotes/work agreements were seamless and allowing for the project to move forward with no unnecessary delays. The value brought by this team in every aspect, From Tom to everyone who was involved with this process one cannot assign a dollar value to with that in mind pricing and the skilled labor was more than Fair and for all of this we say Thank You for your hard work and dedication!

Absolute Assurance replaced my roof a couple years ago and the recent wind storm caused a couple shingles to come loose. The entire team from the office to the field were phenomenal. They came out when they said they would and replaced the shingles. Matt Stancombe was great to work through the issue with.

I have called several times to get them to come check my attic/roof. They put a lot of new weight on the roof and I'm having issues with new cracks in my walls, nail pops in my ceilings and doors refusing to close. I wanted them to come out and just make site there weren't any issues. I was told 3x the owner would reach out to come inspect it in the last 5 months. Nothing. They also subcontract all their work out. Only their supervisor spoke English. Bottom line, if you want a roof in a day that they don't stand behind, go for it.

After a storm we found a leak in our bathroom ceiling. We called Absolute and they were able to fit us in the same day. Tom was our tech, he was polite and efficient with his inspection. He took plenty of pictures and explained our issue clearly. He even cleared out a downspout to ease the flow of water near the affected area until repairs were scheduled.

Jason came to my residence promptly after I was notified by insurance that the roof was in need of repair or they would drop coverage. Jason found a match to the damaged shingles (the original was discontinued) and came back out within a week to repair. Jason also provided all of the documentation needed to appease the insurance company. Prices are fair and the work is solid.

Roof and gutters done about 4 years issues with the gutters i contacted Restoration Assurance and the owner Jason personally contacted me and made it right great customer service and I will definitely look to them for future projects i may need done

I just wanted to share my experience with Absolute Assurance. I haven't really left too many reviews in my life but this experience was so amazing I wanted to let people know. I dealt with Matt and he was incredible to deal with. Not only did he work extremly hard to help coordinate everything with the insurance company but he was polite and very professional. It can be a long, difficult process when insurance is involved but he took control of everything and made it easy. Our roof has a lot of angles and detail that required an expert crew and I'm more that pleased with the results.

I had a great experience working with Absolute Assurance. Tom was my point of contact and did a fantastic job keeping me informed of the process! He took the time to explain what would be done and the time frame to expect it completed. I would definitely recommend if looking to put on a new roof!!

He gave us some wonderful input and much appreciated opinions on what may look best for our home, as we got new siding, gutters and a roof. The crews who came to do the work were wonderful. I worked with Jason and Jeremiah and learned so much about roofing from them. They are experienced and knowledgeable. What truly drew me to them was not just being like able but also trustworthy. Some I learned really stuck with me and is the one of the reasons I give AAR my highest recommendation and that is that they run towards any problem and not away from it like most contractors. That they will pick up the phone when most others will let it go to voice mail.
