Recently we had our roof replaced by AAR and honestly I couldn't be happier. Most importantly the work they did was wonderful, while that would be enough for me it doesn't end there. They handled everything with the insurance company and kept me informed the entire way. Once everything was approved and we were able to move forward, they did. The work was done fast, efficiently and well. They took every precaution possible to protect my house and gardens while working and cleaned up each day when they were done. Their mobile dumpster, in my opinion, saved a ton of mess from around my house. Anyone who has had a roof done knows you find nails, sometimes for years afterwards. I have found exactly 3, that's crazy. Throughout the process and afterwards, my wife and i were both continually asked if we were happy, if there was anything that they could do differently, basically they actually cared about our satisfaction and cared about the job they were doing. I feel as if this review isn't effectively conveying how happy we are with the job AAR did, but I can sum it up by saying in the two weeks since it's been done, I've reccomended them to 4 different people. In short, if they tell you something, believe it and if they say they will do something, they will and when it's done, it will be done right and if for some reason you aren't happy, I'm certain that they will make sure you are before they leave.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I called them on a Monday they had quotes by Wednesday and were prepared to do the work the following week. The whole job was done in just a few days and the roof was humongous! All of the staff were professional, the job was kept clean daily and Jason the owner worked his a** off dealing with insurance company! Highly recommend!

I have called several times to get them to come check my attic/roof. They put a lot of new weight on the roof and I'm having issues with new cracks in my walls, nail pops in my ceilings and doors refusing to close. I wanted them to come out and just make site there weren't any issues. I was told 3x the owner would reach out to come inspect it in the last 5 months. Nothing. They also subcontract all their work out. Only their supervisor spoke English. Bottom line, if you want a roof in a day that they don't stand behind, go for it.

In April our house and shed had hail storm damage . I contacted Absolute Assurance (based on reviews I read online). Tom Spearman at Absolute got in touch with me, came out promptly and provided myself and my Insurance company with an estimate. My Insurance company approved the work, and Tom scheduled his crew to perform the repairs. After a storm we found a leak in our bathroom ceiling. We called Absolute and they were able to fit us in the same day. Tom was our tech, he was polite and efficient with his inspection. He took plenty of pictures and explained our issue clearly. He even cleared out a downspout to ease the flow of water near the affected area until repairs were scheduled.

Had a major leak from a storm and Jeremy came out the same day in the rain and pit a tarp on my roof to stop any further damage and had me call my insurance company to start a claim. When we called we weren't sure what to expect, we already had one company come out and not get ahold of us again. They came prepared to climb the roof and do an actual inspection and fix. Recently we have had our house renovated by Absolute Assurance Restorations LLC. We had hail damage. We had Jason Jones with AAR come take a look at our house.
When he arrived he was very professional. He came for the estimate when he actually stated he would, he physically got on the roof to check it out, even with it having a very steep peak. He told us he could work with insurance and would take care of all communication, which he did.
Our $1,200 claim turned into us being able to get our slate roof redone with slate, a new chimney, a new garage door, all new siding on the house and garage, a new storm window, and new gutters and down spouts. We ran into a little problem when they originally tore off the roof, and it rained into our attic, causing my daughters ceiling to have water stains. I contacted Jason, and instantly came over and stopped the leak, and fixed our ceilings.
Half way through the siding being replaced, I was concerned that lead dust had gotten inside our house. I contacted Jason on Easter weekend and he was so nice, and came Monday morning and wiped everything down with lead wipes, so my daughter wasn’t ingesting it. He never once complained that we had left our window open, during construction.
Jason and his crew were so nice and helpful and very neat. Everything they completed was perfect! I do not have one complaint about the work done, and would recommend this company to anyone. We are so happy with our new house and unlike most construction done, it was headache free. In the end Jason was able to find us $136,000.00 to fix our house and we will always be so grateful for that. He worked miracles and knows what he is doing. We would like to thank him again for all that he did and will always remember this great experience.

I contacted Absolute after numerous contractors either never showed up or came but never responded with a quote. Absolute not only showed up when they said they would, but did a thorough inspection and worked with our insurance company to ensure all needed repairs were covered. They even waited one day for hours to meet with the insurance adjuster who never even showed up!! Nick was responsive, easy to work with, and always available to answer questions. The crew sent to replace our roof was fantastic, you would never even know our entire roof had to be torn off, everything was picked up as if nothing happened. My roof began leaking from severe wind damage in late June/early July 2022. After researching the best roofers i selected Absolute Assurance Restorations and asked for an estimate. Working with Tom and Jason made the entire claim process a lot less stressful! We had a hail storm come through in May 2019 and I had a claim on my house, my shed, and on 5 buildings on my farm which they inspected, dealt with insurance adjusters, and the roofing crews. Tom was always in contact with me about how the process is moving along and updating me on when work could be done on the roof. Tom was respectful with not tearing up my yard or landscaping while removal of the roof and putting on new shingles. On thing I noticed the most is they are great guys to work with because they want whats best for the homeowner and isn't all about the money, they want to see a finished product that is done correctly and also looks great! My mom got heat exhaustion this summer while outside working and Thankfully Tom was there to help get her inside, called me, and got medical personal there to help get her to the hospital. We had a new roof put on in November. I would highly recommend Nick Williams. We had several other roof contractors come out to give us estimates, but I knew the second he left that they would be the company we were going to go with. Jason came to my residence promptly after I was notified by insurance that the roof was in need of repair or they would drop coverage. Jason found a match to the damaged shingles (the original was discontinued) and came back out within a week to repair. Jason also provided all of the documentation needed to appease the insurance company. Prices are fair and the work is solid.

I recommend Absolute Assurance -ABSOLUTELY! We had some water intrusion in close proximity to our chimney chase and Jason came out personally and inspected the situation and made the repair himself. When evaluating the structure he provided some insight regarding work that was done by the company that replaced our roof several years ago. Unfortunately, we didn't know Jason and the folks at Assurance Restorations, LLC yet. Jason pointed out where flashing had been reused instead of replaced and while he could have sold me a repair and replace that was not necessary he advised how monitor that situation. He resolved our water intrusion at a reasonable rate and most important of all my wife was pleased with the way it looked when he was done!! Nice job!!

Outstanding company for roof repairs/restoration! Nick the GC was amazing and handled most of the issues with the insurance company (which is a pain if you do it by yourself.) Called AAR after the major storm this past summer. They were very prompt and professional upon showing at a scheduled time. Absolute Assurance Restoration was an absolute God send for me. I had already obtained 4 other estimates and my insurance company said it was not even enough damage to meet my $500 deductible. Jeremy and his team went above and beyond with helping us fixing our roof from wind damage from the storms this past spring. He was very detailed in all the damage that was done for our insurance company and when they only wanted to do patch work, he showed them the newer shingles didn’t match the old ones. Tom Spearman was absolutely great from the beginning! He took the time to explain the entire process in full detail and answered any questions we had in relatable terms. Even when we asked for recommendations for our situation, he gave them without being biased or persuading us in any direction. AAR replaced our roof, replaced a damaged gutter and installed gutter guard for all the gutters. During the process, Tom updated us on when supplies would arrive, when the job would begin, and even gave us updates during the day since we weren’t home.
Once the job was complete, the crew diligently made sure they returned our property better than the way they found it. I will definitely use this company again should the need arise! Tom did a great job communicating with my insurance company to get approval for a whole-house roof replacement following storm damage. Tom Spearman and his team are top notch professionals! Tom was great through the initial selection process, showing us digital renderings to help us visualize the final plan, and his team of installers were one of the most efficient, respectful, talented, hardworking group of experts we have ever worked with. They communicated consistently with the siding and soffet install, and when there was an issue with the window finish from another company, Tom and his team were quick to come up with outstanding solutions that looked great! We couldn’t be happier with this project and the overall process! They even came back after it was all done to make sure there were no nails of scraps that our kids could get hurt on, and did a final walkthrough to ensure every detail was finished. Tom and his team are outstanding! We HIGHLY recommend them!

Simply put: these guys are honest, hard working, and very professional. I had Absolute Assurance come check out my roof yesterday as I was trying to get a sense of how urgently I needed to replace my roof. Given the age of the roof I assumed that this was something I needed to do immediately. Needless to say that I received some inflated estimates from a couple of roofing companies prior to having Jason (the owner of Absolute Assurance) and his employee Tom check my roof. What I got from the two of them was nothing short of pure honesty and quality service. They were upfront with me and told me that I still had a few years left in my roof, reported the minor concerns including the backed up gutters, and took care of it within an hour. Contrary to the guy from the previous company who made it seem like I needed to replace my roof immediately.
It's hard to find honest and trustworthy people in this tough market. I'm really happy to have found this company and I can't recommend them enough. They're hard working and will go out of their way to accommodate you as they did for me. Definitely a well deserved 5 star rating and I'll absolutely call them when the time comes to replace my roof!

We had a leaking problem because of the previous guy that “fixed.” So we called Absolute Assurance. They get the job done in a day and cleaned up after the work was done. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable of their line of work. Not a single drop has leaked since and it’s a relief to not be concerned about it any longer.

Jason and his crew handled storm damage to one of my rental properties as well as roof and water damage to my personal home. The work was top notch and they kept the interior of the house spotless while doing pretty extensive drywall demo and insulation removal. He did all the communication with the insurance company also which was a huge burden off of my wife and I. My mother recently suffered some roof issues on her home and my first call was to Absolute!

I had a small job and about 6 other roofing companies turned me down. I heard everything from "I don't have a long enough ladder" to "We don't do small jobs" to "We're stuck on another job right now." I had days before my insurance deadline, so I started with the roofing companies that began with A and started making calls. Jeremy said no problem, came out the next morning, and was finished after an hour. He even told me what the previous roofing company had done wrong when installing my roof. Very happy to have this whole ordeal done with so quickly.

Tom with absolute assurance was great, he was always available to talk and answer questions and patiently walked us through the process of getting our claim approved through our insurance company. Once everything was approved he had our roof scheduled within a week and done within 2 days, the group of roofer's were very nice and respectful and cleaned up very well, my husband hasn't found 1 nail since the install 🙂 we would highly recommend!!!

Got a hold of Jeremy after I found a shingle in my front yard. He came out the next day to do our free inspection and found that there was storm damage. So we got the ball rolling with insurance. He did a great job explaining the process so we had an idea how this would work, first time we’ve ever done a claim. It was nice to just be able to text him to ask him questions we had throughout the process. Day of install, the crew they had come out showed up on time and made quick work on removing and replacing the roof. It’s nice to have a company that will take care of their customers.

Absolute Assurance shingled my house. I dealt with Nick Williams. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. His crew worked very hard and did a good job. They cleaned everything up after they were done. I would definitely recommend Absolute Assurance and especially Nick Williams.

I would recommend Absolute Assurance to anyone, they came out to inspect a leak in my garage roof and ended up doing a temporary repair free of charge in order to save me money and to hold the roof over until the next replacement. They seem to genuinely want to save their customers money where they can.

I contacted Absolute for a roof estimate and was contacted very quickly. Nick came out and inspected the roof and then walked me through the whole process of contacting insurance and what to expect. Even with the back and forth with the insurance, Nick was professional and confident in getting the best deal. The roof was replaced quickly even with the unfavorable weather conditions. They also noted discrepancies with my current roof and were able to fix those issues. I had an usual shaped roof vent that they were able to find a custom cover for. Along with the the roof, I had the gutters replaced with gutter covers and they look fantastic. Overall, the experience of having to get a new roof and gutters was smooth and painless with a great company to work with that knows what they are doing. Obviously now the envy of the neighborhood. I needed a Pro Roofing company to repair the caulking on chimney flashing incorrectly done by a local masonry company when they replaced the top of my chimney. Jason from Absolute Assurance called me, I explained what I needed, we set a time he could come, and he made the time and fixed the caulking. The work was completed, correctly performed, professionally, and at a fair price. I would recommend Absolute Assurance for all your roofing needs.

I worked with Jason and Jeremiah and learned so much about roofing from them. They are experienced and knowledgeable. What truly drew me to them was not just being like able but also trustworthy. Some I learned really stuck with me and is the one of the reasons I give AAR my highest recommendation and that is that they run towards any problem and not away from it like most contractors.
