Dear [Recipient Name],
I wanted to reach out and share my feedback regarding our recent roof replacement.
Jared and his team had our roof completed in about five hours. While I was initially surprised that they showed up a couple of hours after our materials were delivered, Jared truly went above and beyond. He even fixed our satellite dish to get it back online and replaced a piece of siding that was totally the wrong color.
Thank you for the great service.
Best regards,
Mary Cummings
We couldn't be happier with our new roof. Jared and the Refined Roofing and Siding team delivered excellent quality craftsmanship and completed the entire job smoothly. What stood out the most was their meticulous project clean-up. They left our property completely spotless, with no stray nails or debris left behind.
"We highly recommend their professional and hassle-free service!"
Jason was great to communicate with and fought for every penny for us through the insurance company. His crew was super efficient and worked from sun up to sun down, cleaned up around the house and finished our roof within 2 days. It looks great!
I came in looking for help braking a small piece of facia for a repair job that I am doing for a friend, I’ve never really used a brake before and Jason was extremely helpful in assisting me in my needs! Very friendly and helpful staff! I will most definitely be using this company in the near future
I had Refined Roofing do a roof tear-off and replacement, and they did a fine job. Even a great roofing job can have issues after the fact, and we had a minor problem that caused me to reach back out to the company. Once the owner, Jason, got my information he reached out right away and came over personally to evaluate the problem. He made several suggestions and ultimately had a crew come out and resolve the problem for us. He stayed in touch with us and honored both his warranty and his word. I am pleased with the job Refined Roofing did I would absolutely use Jason's company again.
Our contractor Ryan helped everything move smoothly with our insurance company and the transition to Jared the project manager for our roof installation due to damage from a hail storm. Jared, was professional and kind and fast. Our roof to our house and garage was done in one full day and the work was done beautifully. I would definitely recommend.
We had an excellent experience working with Matt Stancombe and Refined Roofing Solutions from start to finish. Matt was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. Once the work was completed we were over the moon with the workmanship and appearance of our new roof! Highly recommend matt and his team for any of your roofing needs. Matt took the stress of dealing with insurance out of our hands, working side by side with our adjuster, and ensuring that the damage we recieved during the wind storms earlier this year were accurately noted and covered by insurance. Thanks again Matt and team!
Everyone from your company were very professional. From the estimator Jeremy, project manager Jared, to the crew themselves. They made sure that all trash was picked up like no one was ever here. The project was done very beautifully done. I would recommend Refined Roofing to anyone else who needs any repair work that you have.
Outstanding company to work with. From estimate to completion making the whole process easy on the homeowner. Thank you Jared for keeping the project running smoothly and ensuring quality job as usual. Great job. 👍
Had Refined Roofing come out and reppace my roof after storm damage. Excellent communication through-out the process! From the moment Jared showed up, he was polite and helpful. He explained the process thoroughly and we had no unexpected issues or charges. We have a large roof, and it was completed in one day! The crew moved quickly and fixed many issues from the roof damage. Jared stayed after dark to clean up and returned the next morning to ensure he didnt miss anything and to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend!
Tom was great to work with! He worked with our Insurance company on roof storm damage assessments & follow up. The crew did an amazing job. Everything was cleaned up and left it exactly how it was before the install. The new roof looks great. We highly recommend giving them a call.
I couldn’t recommend this company enough! Our roof lost a fight with the wind back in March, and after realizing we were going to need a total roof replacement, I reached out. Kathryn helped us with getting scheduled and Tom made it out to our house the next day. He thoroughly explained everything that was going to need completed, broke down the estimate for us, and walked us through the insurance claims process and handled every aspect of that process for us, which was a massive weight off of our shoulders. Our roof was replaced this past weekend and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The guys worked extremely hard and had it completed the same day. I will absolutely come back for any other work we need done (although I hope it’s not too soon 😉)
This is an A+A+A+ company! From start to finish! Matt S. was awesome! He worked with the insurance adjuster, paperwork for insurance claim, picking out shingles and answered any questions we had! Communication and on time was outstanding! Jared and his crew were awesome! Our roof looks great, they did a fantastic job and clean up was awesome! Can't say enough how pleased we are! Thank you!
Jeremy was our contact person and was very prompt and professional. He explained what the entire job would entail and took us step by step as to what we needed to do in regard to the insurance process. Jeremy contacted us when the job was going to be started and supplies would be dropped off the day before. Jared, who is the Project Manager, arrived with his work crew first thing in the morning and they set up all the equipment to remove the old damaged roof and begin installing the new roof. Jared was very friendly and professional as was his crew, they were busy every second and seemed to enjoy their work which gave us confidence that people that enjoy their work usually do a very good job. We were very pleased with the finished product and especially the great cleanup after the roof was completed. I would highly recommend Refined Roofing & Siding for any type of job you need done.
Great company to work with! The crew showed up on time, did quality work, and cleaned everything up when they were done. The whole process was easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Tom quickly came out to assess my roof for the possibility of missing shingles on my roof. Not only did he tell me that my roof had no signs of damage, but told me that my roof looked to be 5 or less years old and is in good shape. If that truthfulness wasn't enough, Tom also took pictures to show me and he assured me that my roof was still in great shape and needed no repairs. Talk about easing my mind! Absolute Assurance has a great employee in Tom and they should know about his honesty! Thanks, Tom!
